New eye catching PVC GLOW IN THE DARK BLUE FILM. Once its absorbs enough light and lights turned are turned off the vinyl will glow blue but a little less than our original green glow since the base color is white when not glowing. The film will display blue glow. This film is used for printed graphics. Great for flat surfaces. This blue glow is a 9 mil thickness and off white when not glowing. Over laminates can be used if extra protection is required.
